My brief hiatus has now become “brief”. Between being absolutely swamped with the job that pays my bills and recovering from COVID, I have been absolutely exhausted and unable to focus on anything beyond that. The kitchen’s been pretty quiet these last few weeks, as I just haven’t had the motivation to do any kind of involved cooking or tinkering.
The hiatus ends Monday.
